Water Line Pulling Service – Terms and Conditions

Before We Arrive:

• The hiring party must disconnect the water service line at both the house and the water meter.
• All branch lines must be disconnected from the main water service line being replaced

Responsibility & Liability:

• Plumbing Support Services is not responsible for any damages resulting from the water line pulling service if
these requirements are not met.
• A licensed employee is not required to be on-site during the service. However, the hiring party is responsible
for connecting the new service line to restore water service to the property

Obstructions & Service Limitations:

• If the existing line has prior repairs, hard turns, or other obstructions that prevent the pulling cable from
passing through, the service may not be completed.
• In such cases:
– A cancellation fee will be charged for time on-site OR
– Additional costs will apply to locate and excavate the obstruction so the service can be completed
